His/her responsibilities include but not limited to :
1、Develop PUB & Large Account clients ;
2、Spend approximately 80% of time in establishing and growing long-term
3、Develop and execute sales accounts plans and supporting strategies ;
4、Prepare and execute plans for developing executive-level relationships with
corporate accounts ;
5、Deliver professional presentations and product demonstrations to key
influencers within client’s organizations ;
6、Lead preparations for major tenders and negotiate contracts ;
7、Develop and manage regional sales processes, procedures, and operating
standards ;
8、Determine key sales KPIs and monitor reginoal performance against these ;
9、Oversee regional sales reporting and data collection and maintain
data/report integrity.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION
1、Bachelor Degree in business or equivalent ;
2、At least 6 years relevant work experience in sales, ideally in human
resources, consulting areas;
3、Understanding or experience with corporate clients and their idiosyncrasies
and buying psychology ;
4、Honestly and integrity is an absolute must, and an "EF" personality - down to
earth, humble but hard-working and smart ;
5、Strong ability with numbers, and ability to express thoughts logically and
clearly ;
6、Good level of English in oral, read and write.
