岗位职责:

Responsibilities:
? Provide direction and coordination for the development and implementation of the quality improvement plan for Beijing United Family Satellite Clinics and Home Health, including compliance to JCIA standards
? Lead the implementation of the quality and safety plan, including gathering managerial and clinical indicators, preparation and presentation of reports, managing performance improvement projects, as per the Quality Monitors and Performance Improvement policies
? Support JCI Accreditation, including
o Formatting policies and procedures,
o Assisting departments in the creation and revision of existing policies/procedures,
o Assisting in staff education
o Internal audits
? Manage Risk Management/Patient Safety issues as per the occurrence/sentinel event & peer review policies
? Manage documentation as per the Document Control & Document Creation & Change policies
? Manage and supervise the drill schedule for all drills in the clinics and HH
? Manage and maintain government inspection database and work any follow up actions related to government reports and recommendations
? Monitor departmental and hospital wide quality indicators and assist with dashboard data
? Assign and monitor tasks in order to meet policy requirements.
? Establish a unit specific orientation plan
? Closely work with each Clinic management team to coordinated the overall functions related to QAS.
? Closely work with UFH QAS team as an active team member
? Any other tasks as assigned by the CMO of Beijing United Family Satellite Clinics and Home Health and the Director of BJU QAS

任职资格:

Qualifications:
? Management studies to university level
? Bachelor’s degree in healthcare related field
? Minimum 2 years experience in healthcare management / administration, both international and national exposure preferable, of which at least one year experience managing quality improvement in a hospital

Skills:
? Ability to produce and implement effective quality plans to meet the quality requirements of a healthcare facility, including evaluation of clinical indicators
? Ability to plan and provide staff education regarding quality
? Ability to relate to staff across all levels of the organization
? Ability to work as a member of a team
? Ability to exercise initiative, problem solving and decision making Fluent Chinese and English
? Excellent communication skills
? Excellent computer ability
? Ability to lead and manage staff, including:
o Delegating tasks
o Managing projects from start to finish
o Resolving staff differences & promoting cooperation.
