职位描述：
Key responsibilities

? Lead negotiations for all assigned Agreements with minimal management support
? Receives inquiries throughout the process and responds in a timely manner
? Initiates and follows process for managing investigator contracts in coordination with Project Manager, under supervision of Legal Counsel
? Produces error free documents, approved according to CDS procedure for presentation to corporate officers for signature
? Creates and maintains files for each contract
? Tracks developments on a regular basis towards contract completion
? Manages documents from creation to completion
? Maintains status reports on all activities
? Follows CDS Contract Management policies and processes
? Develops solutions to routine problems of limited scope
? Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

? Undergraduate degree in Law, Medical, minimal 3 years working experience in MNC in legal, SSU or clinical operation department.
? Enthusiastic and results oriented attitude; detail oriented; strong organizational skills
? Effective communication skills; excellent spoken and written Chinese and English
? Experienced in and comfortable with IT and Knowledge Management tools such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, etc.
? Working experience in law firm or MNC legal department a plus
? Good team player
