岗位职责:

? Provide leadership and management to all aspects of recruitment strategies system wide, including but not limited to:

? Develop, implement and evaluate effective strategies and high quality processes to attract and retain qualified candidates.

? Provide leadership to the UFH Recruitment team members who will be direct reports. Manage the sourcing, selection process, candidate screening, candidate referral, interview scheduling, interviewing and candidate communications.

? Oversee the recruitment efforts in the development, identification and placement of qualified candidates.

? Ensure that all reference checks, background checks and education verifications are completed in a timely and effective manner.

? Maintain and analyze statistical reports addressing such issues as: cost per hire, days to fill each opening, as well as continuously track retention rates.

? Responsible for the ongoing development of recruitment sources, including development of recruiting materials, advertising and applicant tracking system

? Communicate with the service area management team e.g. GM, CMO, Department Chairperson and Human Resource Manager of potential candidates including phone interview, on-site interview, feedback, etc.

? Prepare the offer letter and employment contract for new hires.

? Attend new facilities operation meetings to update staffing plan.

? Establish and maintain relationship with external recruiting resources.

? Establish relationship with external medical staff association.

任职资格:

? Degree in HR or healthcare related major.

? Must have 5-8 years of recruiting experience in a health system, hospital or healthcare-based organization.

? Medical background preferred

? Must have demonstrated strategic thinking skills in healthcare professional manpower planning.

? Must have served as the leader in running the recruitment process.

? Must have experience with recruitment for Multi-site organizations.
? Strong computer skills to include, but not be limited to, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access), e-mail and calendaring systems.

? Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

? Proven leadership skills and style that embraces and enhances United Family Hospital and Clinics.

? Excellent interpersonal relations skills.
