·3-5 years staff relationship experience in retail industry, if has training experience will be a plus

·Very familiar with office software, especially for Excel software.

·Be fluent in English both of spoken and writing.

英语流利

·Be available for business trip when needs.

Job Description:

1.Be in charge of Staff relationship maintaining and management. Before it happening, to avoid and solve the labor disputes. To realize and understand well staff’s working mind in time. To visit, listen and collect staff’s objection and suggestion, assist relevant Dept. to solve the problem of staff.

劳动关系维护与管理，预防及解决可能的劳动争议；通过各种有效方式和信息沟通平台，及时了解员工工作心态；进行员工访谈，倾听和收集员工意见和建议，协助有关部门解决员工关系问题；

2. Be responsible for management of staff’s behavior and performance evaluation.

员工行为规范及绩效评估的管理。

3.Be responsible for monitoring processes of staff’s engagement, probation evaluation, transferring, promotion, demotion and resignation etc., ensure all processes has be done in professional way.

负责监督员工入职、转正、调岗、升降职、离职等工作流程，确保流程的规范化、专业化执行；

4.Be responsible for consulting of company’s policy and labor issues.

负责为员工提供相关规章制度的咨询服务；

5. Be responsible for collecting and understand well newest policy, laws from government, to deal with labor disputes.

及时掌握最新的劳动用工等人事政策及法规；处理各类劳动争议及纠纷；

6.Be responsible for managing staff’s complaint channel and handle with relevant investigation.

管理员工投诉渠道，各类员工抱怨与投诉的调查和及时处理；

7.Be responsible for propagandizing company’s culture and arrange relevant staff events; Other works when needs.

策划及组织各项员工关怀类活动；上级交办的其他工作。
