Provide daily support on SAP access management
Support project


1、Provide daily consulting support to internal customer for SAP access management
2、Solutions to service requests and authorization requests been assigned
3、Work together with colleagues in internal projects and take over defined responsibilities in these projects
4、Deliver training to users;
5、Take responsibility for process improvement
6、Investigate and share SAP best practice within ABB China


1、Bachelor degree or above;
2、4-6 years of work experience, minimum of 3-year authorization design experience and at least supported 5 projects
3、Strong End-to-end root cause analytical skill
4、Ability to communicate effectively with both senior management and business users;
5、Familiar with basic business process of SAP functions (MM, SD, PP, PS, FICO)
6、Ability to develop strong working relationships, externally and internally;
7、Hands-on personality: Display energetic and self-motivated approach with a disciplined and professional approach to all tasks;
8、Excellent communication skills, mature personality;
9、Work experience in international/European companies a plus
10、Fluent oral and written skills in English
