职位描述：
Main Task 工作内容：

AR 应收：

- Goods release by checking the releasing conditions (money receiving, commission using application, credit limit application ) and send info to warehouse/Sales Dept.
根据放行条件（收款，返点使用申请，信用额度使用申请）放行销售订单，并且将放行情况通过通知仓库/销售部门

- SAP bookkeeping (bookkeeping money collection, offset between AR and AFC per customer per Sales order)
SAP记帐包括收款，按客户按销售订单对应收帐和预收帐款清帐

- Issue VAT invoice by referring SAP billing documents and hand over to customers/salesman
参照SAP开票凭证开具增值税发票并将发票提交给客户/销售人员

- Outstanding statistic/AR Aging report
应收帐款统计表/应收帐款帐岭分析表

- Atradius credit limit using statistic report & follow up
信用额度使用情况统计及跟踪

AP 应付：

- Collect all employee and service vendor reimbursement application from all departments.
收集各部门员工和服务类供应商的报销申请表

- Check all the original invoices and supporting documents whether matched with the payment application, and book in SAP after checking
审核所有原始发票和支持文件是否与付款申请相符，审核在SAP记帐

- Prepare weekly payment list for employee and service vendor based on the SAP bookkeeping
根据SAP记帐情况编制员工及服务类供应商周付款计划

- Book the payment information in SAP
在SAP记帐已付款项

- Create expense accrual data base and complete bookkeeping in SAP
创建费用预提数据库

- Review responsible accounting code and ensure the balance correct
检查负责的会计科目，确保余额正确

- Actual vs Budget report on fixed cost per Dept.
各部门固定费用实际与预算对照表

- Maintain vendor master data in SAP
维护SAP供应商主数据

Requirements 任职要求：

- Good English ability in written and oral 良好的英文沟通能力；
- Can work under pressure 能在压力环境下工作；
- Bacholer degree major in accounting 本科会计相关专业；
- Above 3 years relevant working experience 3年以上相关工作经验；
