职位描述：
Job Duties:

-Assist in looking after the control tower’s mailbox to respond to the client’s enquiries timely and efficiently.
-Closely follow up and coordinate with operations to ensure new bookings/operational questions well placed send by shipper/consignee/agents.
-Weekly reports to client’s consignee and closely check to monitor data is accurate and complete in the business system by operations.
-Prepare for simple quotation based on current set-up pricing structures for the client.
-Monitor service quality issues by identifying the root cause with operation and report to the Manager.
-Contact points as Customer Service Window for shipper and consignee in Chinese.
-Timely invoicing of the client’s shipments, based on set-up formats and procedure.

Desired Skills and Experience:

-College or above, university preferred.
-More than 2 years' working experience in forwarding industry, and 1 year or more customer service experience in forwarding industry preferred.
-Be skillful for MS-office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
-Good English skills in both written and spoken. CET-6
-Customer-service oriented mindset.
-Good at interpersonal communication and capable of solving unexpected problems.
-Willingness to learn, to take challenges and ability to work with smile under pressure.
-Diligent, responsible and efficient, with team spirit. 举报 分享
