工作职责：

1. 负责开展公司所有品牌的市场推广及公关管理工作；
2. 负责建立和维护品牌推广体系，切实提升品牌的知名度、美誉度以及顾客的忠诚度；
3. 针对销售目标进行分解和实施，制订可执行的产品策略，根据不同目标市场，建议适合的销售策略，指导相应部门实施市场推广计划；
4. 配合品牌的年度营销策略，负责制订有效的市场推广年度计划方案；
5. 负责各类市场活动的策划、组织等安排，并积极参与相关宣传活动。负责编制中国区市场推广年度费用预算并落实执行；
6. 负责规划和建立市场推广部门的组织架构，并管理团队；
7. 协调与各部门的合作关系，确保目标及执行的一致性，实现品牌战略目标。

职位要求：

1. 本科以上学历，公共关系、媒体传播、新闻、广告等相关专业；
2. 具有5年以上成功品牌推广经验，或者相关高端服务性行业从业经验者犹佳。熟悉企业文化策划宣传和各种广告推广工作等；
3. 亲和力强，具备优秀的沟通、公关、应急应变的技巧和能力；
4. 英语流利；
5. 擅长快速消费品行业产品品牌及销售培训工作；
6. 电脑操作熟练。
