Key Responsibilities 主要职责:

1. To supervise warehouse operations and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI);
2. To handle daily goods in/out handling & maintain system data;
3. To maintain stock accuracy and provide inventory report;
4. To plan and efficiently utilize warehouse resources;
5. To standardize and streamline warehouse operations processes;
6. To provide training to subordinates;
7. To communicate and coordinate with relevant parties including, but not limited to, Customer Services Teams,Production Team, Procurement Team, HK Logistics Team etc;
8. To ensure employees participation on corporate
9. organized trainings including, but not limited to, 5S,ISO9001, FSC and EHS;
10. To ensure employees compliance on standard warehouse procedures and instructions.

Qualification / Competency Requirement 资质/能力要求：

1. Minimum 5 years or above warehouse management work experience with minimum 2 years of supervisory position;
2. Excellent command in written and spoken English;
3. Excellent command in software application (Microsoft Office, Excel, Power point & Visio);
4. Strong understanding of practical skill of Oracle system implementation.

Competency：

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skill;
2. Strong ability in building good relationships and rapport with employees and other parties
3. Able to make good judgment under no / limited guidance.
