职位描述：

1、 下达生产计划和任务，安排和控制生产作业进度；

2、 策划, 推荐和执行符合整体业务计划的生产营运政策和计划；

3、 对所有生产活动进行控制, 确保生产得以在及时,有效,满足标准要求的状态下进行；

4、 依照生产状况预估人力需求及设备安排

5、 监督生产情况、产品需求、生产过程，按时完成生产目标；

6、 参与提高生产效率和改善产品质量的行动计划与实施；

7、 创造持续改善的文化, 导入和实施”最佳做法” ；

8、 基于对现代,良好的成本效益方法的分析探索,推荐对制造系统的改善；

9、 监控规范操作方法，确保生产现场的安全和清洁。

任职资格：

1、 本科及以上学历，五年以上相关工作经验；

2、 有电子制造行业现场管理经验，熟悉生产制造的部门运作和流程，擅长生产控制及现场管理；熟悉制造流程、现场管理、6S管理、质量控制、人员培训；

3、 较强的团队管理能力；

4、 根据公司的经营目标和订单，密切配合营销部门，组织好生产作业、及时完成订单，做好生产调度管理工作；

5、 具备很强的品质管理、流程优化、统筹组织和沟通协调能力；

6、 英语熟练。
