工作描述:

1. 向供应商询价、评估报价、分析成本，与供应商进行商务洽谈，签订有关商务合同；
2. 根据TS16949体系要求对供应商进行质量体系审核、过程审核和产品审核，并推进供应商进行整改；
3. 综合评估供应商的资质，选择供应商；
4. 评估量产供应商的绩效表现，并推进供应商进行整改；
5. 向供应商签发样品订单和量产订单，并跟进供应商的交付进度；
6. 处理供应商的质量问题，反馈与推进以及整改措施的跟踪、关闭。

能力要求:

1. 汽车、机械或电子专业本科以上学历；
2. 汽车行业至少3年以上的工作经验，熟悉TS16949质量体系及有关质量工具（FMEA, PPAP, SPC等）。有类似工作经验者优先；
3. 良好的沟通和谈判能力；
4. 熟练使用办公软件，如Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint等；
5. 能自主、独立工作，团队配合意识强。
