Senior Finance Manager（GL&Analyst）/高级财务经理（总账&分析）

Responsibility:

1. Review and analyze operational and financial figures and results of the sites including but not limited to P/L, B/S, pricing, OT, etc
2. Analyze the actual results to plan and forecast, proactively identify opportunities or issues and initiate appropriate reviews, analyses and recommendations where necessary;
3. Prepare site GM reports. Find out risk and opportunity and explain fluctuation to management;
4. Provide financial analysis for new product introduction (VPI) and product changes (VPC) projects;
5. Analyze and control Capex and Opex status. Recommend improvement actions;
6. Prepare monthly financial review pack and present at business review meetings;
7. Partner with sales and marketing group, provide analysis and support for related projects and strategic initiatives;
8. Supporting and partnering with functional departments to evaluate risk and profitability of projects, facilitate strategic planning;
9. Validate productivity and procurement savings;
10. Support projects such as system launch, audit, trade compliance, etc.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor Degree in Accounting with a minimum of 6 years of financial experience required. Experience in manufacturing company preferred;
2. In dept understanding and application of US GAAP and PRC statutory accounting;
3. Strong orientation towards quality, safety and continuous improvement and leadership qualities ;
4. Solid analytical skills and business acumen are required;
5. Excellent learning skills and ability to assume greater responsibilities;
6. Independent yet a team player, result-oriented, strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure.
