职位名称：风险管理与战略规划部高级经理

职位描述：

职位职责：

1. 对公司的风险及重要流程的风险评估、建立内部控制体系，以提高公司自身内控体系；
2. 负责公司风险管理项目，分析公司所面临的高风险领域，制定有关风险应对措施，规范风险管理；
3. 负责公司内部流程优化咨询项目，针对公司管理架构、管理功能（如：架构变更、内部审计、财务与资金、人事与薪金、预算识别流程管理；
4. 并参照最佳实务，根据企业实际运营情况设计未来优化运行模式，重组财务和人事组织架构，协助管理层提高流程效率，改善执行效果；
5. 带领及管理风控及规划部并对公司资产进行风险监控及风险事件跟踪处理；
6. 对风险管理措施的有效性进行定期风险分析及评估；

职位要求:

1. 工商管理类、战略管理、财务金融或相关专业硕士以上学历；
2. 具备较丰富的战略管理、投资管理、企业风险管理等专业知识；
3. 具有良好的团队合作精神，良好的学习与创新能力，计划、控制、判断、决策能力，组织协调、资源整合能力，谈判与表达、与沟通能力；
4. 熟练掌握信息收集与分析的各项技能，能够组织协调有关资源，把控信息收集的效率、效果、准确性，能够合理运用逻辑分析统筹规划现有任务；
5. 有国际化视野，有海外留学或工作经验优先考虑。
