Senior Manufacturing Manager/高级制造经理-有汽车行业生产管理经验者优先

Responsibilities:
1. Total responsibility for injection workshop and plastic assembly unit;
2. Manage daily production which includes: production planning, shift arrangement, efficiency and scrap control, work discipline;
3. Manage injection quality and process which includes: injection parameter, plastic mold maintenance, process improvement and process stability;
4. Full understanding of best work practices throughout the plant, including printing, die-cutting/hot stamping, converting and maintenance;
5. Review the technological design of new product before it is sent to production;
6. Establish and maintain standards for product consumables;
7. Attend production meetings;
8. Liaise with customers and suppliers for continual improvement in service, trends and quality;
9. Make recommendations to management on how we can achieve better efficiencies;
10. Assist with minimizing wastage, rejects and downtime through better work practices;
11. Make capital recommendations for new equipment;
12. Be familiar and able to use statistical data analysis techniques for problem solving.

Education and/or Experience:
1. Minimum 5years experience in production department;
2. Must have more than 5 years experience in managing plastic injection;
3. Preferably having worked in western company;-Demonstrated success with the development and implementation of manufacturing and general business policies, controls and procedures;-Proven track record of mentoring, coaching, and developing teams;
4. Successful experience in implementing 5S, LEAN production, Kaizen projects
5. Good leadership and influential skills;
6. Excellent communication skill and problem solving;
7. Good technical background and problem solving ability;
8. Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
