Finance Manager—Costing & Analysis/财务经理（成本&分析）

Responsibilities:

1. Align accounting practices to Corporate policies and procedures;
2. Proceed periodical costing close on accurate and timely basis. Cost variance analysis, disclose the main driver of variance;
3. Lead the team to investigate the budget and standard variance;
4. Work with Cost Accountant and Delivery Dept. to develop / enhance costing and pricing model by understanding the operational process, cost drivers and market / competitive situations;
5. Offer advice and analysis in insurance related issues with the support and guidance from the headquarter;
6. Review and update factory standard costing list.

Requirements:

1. Degree holder in Accounting, qualified Accountant or CPA is highly preferable;
2. Above 4 years of relate working experience in multi-national companies;
3. Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
4. Good communication and analytical skills,Good leadership and supervisory skills;
5. Computer competency.
