Job Description

1. Achieve sales targets and lead the team to achieve set KPIs.

2. Quarterly business review with national key accounts and implement the development opportunities

3. Plan and monitor trade spend on customer.

4. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in each account to ensure smooth execution of all activities across all outlets.

5. Supervise the junior sales members to reach the sales target of key accounts

6. Handle customer enquiries and follow up sales activities

7. Support Regional sales team to recruit local key account sales force.

8. Work with regional sales team to deliver key account sales volume.

Job Requirement

1. Bachelor degree or above;

2. At least 5 years extensive experience in FMCG sector, packaging industry or any B to B experience a plus. with 3 years management experience, sales and marketing is preferred;

3. Good communication and interpersonal skills

4. A sound sense of initiative and excellent communication skills are vital, and must be highly results-oriented and customer-focused

5. Experience thriving in a rapidly changing environment, where innovation and creativity in generating ideas for quick response is crucial

6. Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
