供应链管理项目经理/ Supply Chain Service Project Manager (有企业供应链流程优化经验优先)

Job Responsibilities:

Drive the projects to improve supply chain service, reduce inventory and costs.

Service

• Drive supply chain service to the match the level of European countries 99.5%. Ensure data are properly reported in full and on time across the area;
• Drive weekly service calls to review main reasons of out of stocks Identify future service risks and actions to mitigate them escalate weekly service performance to the Lapac supply leadership team, Follow up actions, decisions, priorities agreed with factories and markets Coordinate service issues with ENA factories;
• Conduct risk assessment on capacity planning both internal (factories) and external (copackers/ embellishers), Review also risk level associated to raws and packaging supply with the procurement team Identify repeated failures and proactive actions that can be taken;
• Lead process and system changes to move from weekly to daily service tracking. Align company service measurement with customer internal measurements;
• Foster trade collaboration projects to close the gaps and improve overall services rendered.

S&OP

• Measure efficiency of S&OP (forecast accuracy and inventory), Promote S&OP best practices;
• Implement system (GDRP) and process changes to move from a monthly to a weekly planning process;
• Drive continuous improvement and provide support to both markets and factories for a successful use of EDRP.

Inventory

• Track inventory by brand and identify opportunities to reduce it;
• Translate those opportunities into concrete action plan and track regular progress.

Costs

• Understand main cost contributors in Freight In, Warehousing and Freight out Benchmark efficiency across markets;
• Put in place truck fill KPI to track freight efficiency;
• Identify and roll out best practices.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years of experiences in Supply chain and project management;

2. Master communication and presentation skills;

3. Good command of English;

4. Good communication as the Key contacts Planning, logistics Mgr as well as supply services Mgr with exposure to Regional Supply Directors and Area supply SVP;

5. Project management skills;

6. Analysis and synthesis capabilities;

7. Fact finding and problem solving;

8. Leadership to drive projects and convincing ability.
