工作职责：

1. 监督电子电器产品QA实验室的日常运作，维护、完善运作及控制程序，确保所属区域运作符合公司质量管理体系的要求；
2. 熟悉并掌握所分配测试内容的业务需求分析、测试需求分析和测试案例，必要时参与部分测试需求分析和案例设计工作；
3. 负责明确具体项目质量目标，负责监督检查、度量分析和评价具体项目质量；负责在具体项目中应用质量改进的技术和方法；
4. 制定并维护具体项目检查单，跟踪项目质量不符合项；对具有争议或未能按期关闭的质量不符合项升级上报处理；
5. 监察实验室的工作环境，落实GMP、GLP的有关要求，确保实验室的运作符合公司质量管理体系的要求。
6. 负责跟踪项目计划，协助组织阶段评审，检查过程交付物，收集质量度量数据，提交项目质量报告；
7. 根据公司制定的标准分析成品，控制其质量，确保发给客户的产品质量；
8. 当公司实验设备不足时，联系外部实验室，进行质量测试；
9. 与研发中心等相关部门共同制订产品技术规格文件，并负责文件的管理和完善；给予销售人员有关产品质量问题的支持；
10. 原材料供商质量方面的管理和控制；
11. 领导交办的其它事项。

工作要求：

1. 本科以上学历，主修电子、自动化、机械工程等相关专业；
2. 3年以上相关工作经验，其中包括1年以上管理经验，熟悉日用电器产品的生产的流程，熟悉电子部件检测工作，具外资企业相关行业相关工作经验者优先；
3. 有较好的质量保证理念；
4. 大学英语六级以上水平，具良好的英语听说读写能力；
5. 良好的协调能力和沟通表达能力；
