Job Responsibility:

Look for new potential magnet supplier, work together with motor designer in house and external magnet manufacturers to optimize and finalize magnet design of motors;
Work together with R&D aboard, quality dept.and suppliers to fulfill the design of new generation of motor;
Catch up the latest magnet technology and implement in motor design;
Preventive maintenance planning for the production equipments;
Defining should-be condition of manufacturing equipments and tooling;
Technical support for all new project/products, including tooling desigin, process capability.

Job Requirements:

good experience in magnet manufacture and application area;
Knowledge in magnet measurement;
education background in engineering;
Be familiar with motor technology and motor components preferred;
good English in writing, reading and speaking.
