工作职责：
1. 根据公司年度产品发展战略、经营计划、运营管理部需求，拟定市场调研计划，协助营销信息处经理完善市场调研计划。
2. 调研与分析行业、市场信息，年度业态经营状况的常规调查（竞争环境、竞品经营动态、市场规模、通路变化状况），并撰写相关分析报告；
3. 分析行业与市场特点，进行营销模式创新研究；
4. 根据设计的营销模式，策划市场的营销方案并实施推广；
5. 完善调查体系及相关制度；
6. 协助上级领导，做好常规市场调查体系的建立和完善（通路体系、价格体系、广宣体系），制定相关制度规范，并督导实施；
7. 协助上级领导拟定本业务的培训计划。


职位要求：
1. 统计学、市场学或社会学等相关专业本科或以上学历；
2. 至少3年以上工作经验，2年以上跨国市场研究公司相关经验（1年以上同等职位经验或擅长某一研究领域经验者优先）；
3. 熟悉市场调研行业的操作流程，有较强的项目计划、分析、执行能力；
4. 熟悉项目管理，善于沟通；
5. 熟炼应用各种定量/定性研究方法、流程及各类研究模型，具有较强的分析能力及表达能力；
6. 英语熟练。
