Job Purpose

To lead and coordinate Project team (Automotive)the effective introduction and on time delivery of customer programs (NPI), to manage all program related tasks new and existing, to continually improve process capability, delivery of services, provided to all our customers both internal and external, ensuring adherence to all departmental procedures.


Main Success Criteria

Customer Satisfaction ensuring on time and cost effective implementation of customer programs, all of which should be in accordance with departmental procedures, focus on improvement of monthly business & customer performance.

Project Function Organization Development: Ensure continual Management and development of Project Team to advance company efficiency and Technology profile/experience.

Project Planning


Quality & Customer Systems:To maintain Project Function procedures in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO14001 & TS16949 standard and specific customer requirements.

Project Management:To effectively manage new projects from customer concept to manufacturing handover thru APQP management.
