Equipment Maintenance Manager/生产设备维修经理（有注塑行业经验优先）

Job Responsibilities:

1. Establish and maintain preventive maintenance programs and procedures, including maintenance plan and implementation etc;
2. In charge of equipment maintenance; be responsible for decision-making when equipment seriously breakdown;
   Manage largescale measuring and testing machines and adjustment system of apparatus which be used for procedure control;
3. Coordinate with relevant departments and other plants;
4. Involvement and contribution to new equipment/process developing;
5. Set up, manage and maintain the environmental management and adjustment maintenance operation system of SE Department be complied with the international standard;
6. Manage and audit purchase plan for servicing accessories;
7. Manage and audit organization chart of SE Department according to the actual need.

Job Requirements:

1. 8+ years experience, BA degree,major in mechanotronics /automation control/electron & electric/mechanical;
2. Good English in writing and speaking;
3. Highly organized and detail-oriented;
4. Ability to handle multiple requests and work in a fast paced environment;
5. Ability to accurately complete tasks in timely manner.
