工作职责:

1. 负责礼品采购项目、调查、分析和评估市场以确定客户的需要；
2. 把握相关礼品及促销品等市场的动态；
3. 针对客户的需求，负责寻找、考察及管理供应商；
4. 有效处理供应商关系如价格谈判、采购环境、产品质量、供应链、数据库等；
5. 熟悉各产品的工艺流程；
6. 签订采购合同，对采购订单进行跟踪，能独立完成采购任务；根据市场行情提供采购费用报告，预算并控制采购费用
7. 向管理层提供采购报告；
8. 维护已有供应商间关系，开发新的供应商；
9. 负责上诉供应商的选择,商务谈判,合同确定,流程监控以及物流等相关事宜;
10. 负责提供促销方案和新产品开发;
11. 负责整体的采购成本控制和供应商的资格的确定。

职位要求:

1. 本科以上学历；
2. 具有3年以上礼品采购等相关工作经验，熟悉市场行情。
3. 对礼品/物料及相关市场触觉敏锐，并具有创新意念；
4. 具备较强的沟通协调能力、诚实守信，遵守公司的规章制度，有较强的敬业精神。
5. 英文熟练；
6. 能熟练运用Microsoft Office办公软件；
