职位描述：
Responsibilities

1. Follow Code of Conduct of Customer service team;
遵守公司的客户服务准则；

2. Order process in JDE and monitor/control all the orders are processing timely & effectively, coordinate for daily order arrangement, follow up daily delivery as well as key in a daily delivery report; improve customer satisfaction in accordance with Customer Service Policy;
及时并准确处理日常发货订单的系统录入，订单 的发货安排，日常发货跟踪与协调以提高客户服务满意度；

3. Follow standard customer service procedure, collect requests and complaints from customers, coordinate with transportation companies, customers and sales team to solve;
根据标准客户服务操作流程，与运输公司、客户及销售部门协调解决客户需求及相关投诉问题。

4. Work closely with related team to attain customer satisfaction through high-quality Customer service;
紧密的与相关部门合作，通过高质量的客户服务获得更高的客户满意度。

5. Support team leader to maintain various daily operation report for statistics purpose.
协助主管对日常报表数据的维护和统计.


Job Requirements

1. 2 year or above working experience in logistics or customer service, 1 year working experience can be considered the position of CS assistant;
     2年物流或客户服务经验，1年工作经验可考虑客服助理；

2. Be familiar with ERP system, good knowledge of PC skill including Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
熟悉ERP系统，熟悉电脑操作；

3. Ability to communicate in English – both written and verbal;
具体一定的英文说、写能力；

4. Team spirit is a must, careful and patience;
团队合作能力，对工作细心及有耐性;

5. good communication skill and willing to work under pressure;
良好的沟通能力并能承受一定工作压力；

6. Good analytical & problem solving skills.
