职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:

1. To maintain profitability through increased sales and reduced costs whilst maintaining high pre-set operating standards;
2. To ensure that the Branch complies with all legislation regarding Health & Safety and food Hygiene and Licensing;
3. To ensure that all statutory and Company policies regarding staff welfare, recruitment, discipline and discrimination are adhered to;
4. To maintain high pre-set standards of quality, presentation and cleanliness throughout the Branch;
5. To ensure that all staff receive regular training in compliance both with Company regulations and where applicable by law;
6. To ensure that all daily, weekly and period figures and paperwork are completed to the standard laid down by the Company;
7. To motivate all subordinates and to establish effective channels of communication for all Branch information；
8. To ensure security of the premises, stock and cash;
9. To ensure that all equipment is used correctly in compliance with all relevant legislation and Department procedures;
10. To maintain staff discipline and take appropriate action where necessary upon consultation with the General Manager;
11. To prepare budget forecasts and ensure they are adhered to;
12. To ensure that all staff have clear objectives and that their performance is reviewed regularly;
13. To ensure that the Branch is effectively managed and staffed at all times;
14. Any other reasonable duties as directed by the General Manager.

Job Requirements:

1. At least 8 yrs in F&B industry and at least 5 yrs for restaurant manager postion experience;
2. An energetic, enthusiastic nature;
3. Honesty, integrity and the desire to learn and better him/herself;
4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to gain the respect and following of their staff;
5. Ability to build and maintain a first class restaurant team that delivers consistent results;
6. Have a strong command of English and Mandarin.
