岗位职责：
任务1：根据企业总体规划，进行招聘计划和培训计划制定。
任务2：根据公司年度招聘计划，开展招聘工作，确保公司整体目标的实现。
任务3：负责公司日常招聘渠道开拓、维护和管理，依照招聘流程，组织、实施具体招聘工作，根据公司年度招聘计划以及人才需求，开展校园招聘会、人才市场的具体组织、实施工作。
任务4：负责达成月度和季度招聘目标。

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、工商管理等相关专业，四年以上工作经验；
2、熟悉人才的筛选、评估、激励机制标准；
3、熟悉国家和地区（公司业务涉及区域）劳动和人事法律法规；
