职位描述：
Job Responsibility
1.Responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing quality control analysis, test methods and improvements across all products.
2.Ensure to complete all kinds of test items and submit test reports timely.
3.Early involvement into new OEM/ODM projects, understand all new product qualification testing requirements.
4.Ensure vendors submit complete qualification documents, review and challenge questionable test reports, work with them to obtain third party assessment, if needed.
5.Deal with customer complaint and conduct field testing and visits to customer sites in various parts of China.
6.Build and maintain close working relationships with external test labs for all out-sourced testing services.
7.Design and set up new customized testers specific to unique situations and/or product functions.
8.Source for new qualification testing equipment. Conduct periodic preventive maintenance for all such equipment.
9.Understand conformance testing requirements of electronic PCBAs, parts & components. Work with external test labs to qualify such items. May need to learn, source and operate some basic electronics testing equipment in-house.
10.Understand conformance testing of product software and user interface requirements. Organise and conduct independent in-house testing of such items.
11.Finish other work assigned by superior.

Qualification Requirements
1.Bachlor Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Chemical Engineering with at least 7 years of related experience.
2.Expert knowledge in technologies related to water filtration and air purifier products eg. technical specifications of water and air filters, manifolds, pumps, fans, solenoid valves, water chemistry, air pollutants & contaminants, water and air flow performance.
3.Strong problem analysis/solving skills, with the ability to identify and quantify critical control parameters related to each unique problem.
4.Familiar with ISO9001QMS and quality tools.
5.Understand QC documentation best practises relating to problem records, traceability, and building up of central database to improve processing and management of quality issues.
6.Ability to work closely with counterparts in US and Singapore, and willingness to travel to US and Singapore for training and transfer of knowledge, if needed.
7.A person of high integrity with an ability to make firm, tough and difficult decisions whenever such a need arises.
8.Good verbal and written communication skills (in both Chinese & English).
9.Self-motivated, team player, ability to work under tight deadlines. 举报 分享

    水和空气整体解决方案

    怡口净水设计并制造能够处理一种或多种水与空气问题的水处理产品和空气净化产品。以下仅做部分的功能举：
    a.软水机：用于降低水的硬度（主要是钙和镁）；
    b.净水系统：用反渗透、超滤等过滤方式，从饮用水中去除大部分的污染物；
