Job Title: Senior Project Manager
Reporting Structure:
Report to Business Solution Manager

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Project: delivery of a complete SCADA system for the supervision of a Chinese nuclear power plant

Position:
The senior project manager is in charge of the supervision of the complete project and is responsible for all the deliveries.

Main tasks are:
? Creates and executes project work plans, maintain and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
? Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities
? Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
? Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client
? Effectively applies company methodology and enforces project standards
? Prepares and make sure quality assurance procedures are put into place for the project
? Manage and minimizes risk on project
? Ensures project documents are complete, reviewed, and stored appropriately
? Manages the project budget and maintain the project margin
? Client Management
? Manages day-to-day client interaction
? Sets and manages client expectations
? Develops relationships with client personnel that foster client ties
? Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions
? Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships
? Holds regular status meetings with project team
? Effectively communicates relevant project information to superiors
? Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion
Requirements:
Education and Experience
? Minimum 4 (4) years experience on a project management position.
? Having played a key role on a previous SCADA system delivery project is a plus
? Computer Science Master/Bachelor degree
? Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
? Proven experience in strategic planning, risk management and change management
? Qualification in project management or equivalent. PMP or PMI or other project management certifications are a plus.
? Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint
? Previous experience in Nuclear industry is a plus
