English: CET 6 or English communication is essential, if German skill is more preferable
Computer Level: Good at MS Office
Responsibilities:
1.Co-ordinate with guards the visitors of the company. Announce the visitor to the respective department and arrange for his pick-up by the department staff.
2.Pick-up phone calls and messages outside for company business
3.Hotel reservation, air-tickets or train-tickets booking for visitors or company staffs, optimising the cost by using cheapest fare according to most practical time table.
4.The arrangement and statistics for the lunch for staffs
5.Collect, send and receive the mails and packages
6.Keep and update record regularly for office stationary
7.Necessary payment for lunch box, office supply, courier service etc.
8.Keep in touch with the landlord for the issues of company facilities (water supply, power supply etc.)
9.Keep good relationship with travel agency,catering supplier and etc.
10.Statistics and classification for the monthly communication expense of the company
11.Related paper working for administration department or the other department
