Description:
制定项目测试计划、编写测试案例；
按照测试计划和方案，构建测试环境，设计、执行及维护测试脚本和用例，寻找软件错误，并跟进软件修复情况，最终保障软件达到预期要求；
处理各项目问题报告单的问题，分析问题所在并进行准确定位和验证，跟进问题解决情况，协助问题及时得到解决；
完成软件开发的联调测试工作。
按时按质编写测试报告，编写测试其他相关文档及协助项目部完成用户手册；
维护、更新适用的测试版本和结构；
Qualification:
二年以上相关软件测试工作经验；
至少参加过二个以上大型项目的测试，有金融方面项目经验者优先；
熟悉整个测试流程（包括：单元测试、集成测试、系统测试、用户接收测试）的测试策略
掌握测试用例设计的方法和编写标准规范，熟练运用等价类、边界值、状态迁移法、流程法等用例设计方法
熟悉自动化测试工具（如：qtp）、性能测试工具（如：LoadRunner）
熟练掌握至少一种测试管理工具，如：QC、Mantis、Bugzilla等
工作认真负责，有责任心，有较强沟通能力和团队意识；
