JOB PURPOSE　工作目的
As a Logistics Operations Analyst, you will be part of Global Logistics team based in Shanghai.

The main responsibilities of this position includes: landed cost analysis and load optimization, support advanced purchasing & Global change management projects.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES主要的工作职责

The main areas of responsibility will be the following:
To Provide landed cost analysis for any new sourcing program and projects from advanced purchasing & Global change management team.

Working tasks:
？ Aware of project need and factory requirement of logistics setup
？ Work out templates for the need of particular projects, pilots or business cases
？ Collect all necessary cost, including origin cost/ocean freight/destination handling, import duty, etc.
？ Provide landed cost on top of suppliers quotation (e.g. FOB, EXW, etc.)
？ Provide recommended loading optimization of containers

To coordinate space management from Asia to Latin America with Electrolux plants, carriers and booking agents/suppliers

Working tasks:

？ Understand carriers’ space limitation ex. Origin ports to Latin America
？ Collect 8 weeks rolling forecast from Electrolux plants and compare with carriers’ space limitation and make necessary adjustment
？ Communicate with carriers for space adjustment and allocation
？ Collect allocation vs. booking vs. shipment data in order to keep monitoring of actual carrier allocation

Educational Background / Professional Qualification Requirement 学历／专业资格要求
Minimum: Academic background (preferred) :

- Industrial Management, Business Administration and Economics are preferred
- Knowledge about Project Management
- Knowledge about pricing analysis is preferred
- bachelor degree is a must

2 years relevant working experience is required
