a. Key accountabilities
? Be responsible for achieving turnover, profit and growth targets defined by Sales Manager in an assigned geographical area.
? To carry out the account plan and strategy in an assigned geographical area
? Develop new customer and maintain the current customers and establish excellent customer relationships
? Review and manage accounts receivable and minimize risk
? Work closely with SEC department and Industry Sales and win customer project.
? Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the competitive product and their activity in the market, Share the intelligence with Market department.
? Develop and execute sales and business development strategies for general industry customers
? Collect customer knowledge/market/industry intelligence
? Identification by co-working with market evaluation team
? Team-work selling with related functions to achieve the predefined target
? Strong execution on sales activity to achieve both short and long term goals
b. Knowledge/skills/experience
Technical University Degree (mechanical, electrical or electronic Engineer)
2 years sales experience or technical experience background
Chinese, English business level
MS-Office, CRM-tools knowledge (SFA), SAP
? Communication skills
? Negotiating skills
? Winning complex sales
