职责描述： 

参与大型保险业务系统开发和维护项目的实施： 

1）能够独立面对客户的业务需求采集和分析； 

2）能够根据客户需求，结合系统准确识别需求差异，并提供解决方案 

3）能够根据客户要求的语言，独立完成需求文档和测试用例的撰写和执行； 

4）进行系统测试和上线后的后续支持。 

任职资格： 

-本科及以上学历，精算、数学、统计、保险等相关专业； 

-英语听说读写俱佳，能够胜任与国外客户直接交流，有海外相关工作或学习经历者优先； 

-有大型产寿险公司两年及以上参与核心系统相关的工作经验，熟悉产寿险承保、批改、续保、再保、理赔等业务流程； 

-在大型保险公司信息技术部门参与过保险软件系统项目的设计和实施者优先； 

-具有极强的逻辑思维能力和学习能力； 

-能够接受比较频繁的国内外出差； 

-具有良好的沟通能力和团队精神，能承受一定的工作压力。

Participate in the insurance system development and maintenance of project implementation 

1） Independently collect and analyze client's business requirement for system; 

2） Identify the difference between system and client's requirement and provide the solution 

3） Independently work out and implement the requirement documents and testing case by the language client required; 

4） Conduct the system testing and provide support after implementation. 

· Bachelor or above, insurance, mathematics or statistics related major; 

· Proficiency in English a must , ability to work independently in pure English environment; 

· More than 2 years’ relevant experience of core system development in big insurance company; Familiar with the whole process of insurance; 

· Experience of designing and implementing projects of insurance system in IT dept of insurance company is preferred; 

· Strong capability of analysis and cooperation; 

· Willing to travel； 

· With good communication and learning skills; a good team player.
