R&D Designer is responsible for research, development and maintenance of R&D components, will support R&D architect, and will be working with Common Component group or other R&D department.
The successful candidate(s) can expect structured, regular coaching and will soon develop an in-depth industry perspective by serving in our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to develop J2EE based enterprise application technique working with a diverse global team.


Key Responsibilities/Duties 主要职责

- Software requirements analysis;
- Design, implement, unit test and maintain of web-based applications using Java/J2EE technology;
- Documentation work for product;
- Leadership in development team, lead programmers, make project plan, and manage project;
- Commit to project timelines and deadlines, deliver qualified product.


Desirable Qualification/Experience/Knowledge/Skills 所需专业经历和技能

- 5+ years of designing and implementing enterprise product application experience using Java/J2EE technologies;
- Expertise in following technologies: html/xhtml, javascript, XML, JSP/Servlets, struts, spring, hibernate, weblogic and tomcat, Oracle/PLSQL;
- Broad exposure to open source technology is desirable;
- Strong OO design skills and UML, master design patterns;
- Solid understanding of software product development lifecycle;
- Proficient in both oral and written English;
- Has the drive and leadership in team, be able to instruct team members;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Having project management experience is a plus;
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent engineering degree.
