1.办公室人员招聘（包括简历筛选、面试等）；
2.新员工录用的具体事务性工作
3.对公司人员的考勤进行记录、查核；
4.负责日常员工活动、公司大型活动和会议的组织工作；
5.负责公司员工关系管理，营造良好的企业文化氛围；
6.负责行政制度制订、执行；
7.负责行政类费用统计、分析及合理控制行政费用
8.设立固定资产账务，协同财务对固定资产进行盘点，对固定资产的转移进行登记，固定资产的设备管理。

任职要求：
1.大学本科以上学历，有2－3年人力和行政工作经验；
2.熟练使用各种办公软件，文字录入熟练，有独立工作的能力，能适应较高强度的工作；
3.形象较好，性格外向，积极主动，有激情；
4.具有良好的语言表达能力、沟通能力、团队协作能力；
5.英文6级以上优先考虑。
