职位描述
工作描述:
1. 熟悉印刷的具体流程和基本原理,能够熟练核算出版成本;熟悉出版物印刷国家相关法律法规,了解北京印刷及材料市场,熟悉印刷报价规范,控制印刷成本;
2. 负责与印刷厂、数码打样公司和其它印刷相关供应商联系协调,监督印刷产品的质量;处理印刷供应商出现的印刷质量事故;
3. 组织协调印刷供应商制定印刷生产计划,保证生产计划的实施;
4. 配合业务及客服团队的工作,确保生产计划正常进展;确保印刷产品准时交货;
5.根据出书量,开发扩展新的印刷供应商。
任职要求:
1. 本科或以上学历,印制出版专业优先。
2. 熟悉图书运作,有3年以上印制出版人员工作经历或相关管理经验的优先;
3. 熟悉印刷设备,了解印刷流程各环节;熟悉图书各类纸张的价格及特点,具备扎实的专业知识;
4. 人际沟通能力强,有较好的语言表达能力、组织能力及工作条理性强;具有较强的团队合作精神;
5. 熟练操作电脑,熟练运用办公软件,熟悉基本的排版软件。
