SHOP MANAGER

This position will contribute to the overall success of the business by leading a team of sales staff to provide top quality customer service and to meet sales objectives while achieving operational excellence, including merchandise presentation, inventory control, pleasing shopping environment, etc.

Requirements:

· Minimum 8 years' relevant experiences in luxury fashion retailing, 3 of which at managerial level

(less experience could be considered as Assistant Shop Manager)

· Excellent in communication, spoken English and Cantonese is definitely an advantage.

· Strong business awareness with logical thinking and analytical ability

· Strong marketing sense in luxury fashion industry.

· High energetic level and self-motivated

· Good presentation and interpersonal skills

· Ability to drive a team to achieve sales performance with exceptional customer service
