职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
1. Outline agreement and material workflow maintenance for Asia Pacific region
2. Indirect purchase routine operation.
3. Improve customer equipment service PR/PO/GR pipeline.
4. Actively communicate with suppliers to build good relationship;
5. Ensure purchasing procedures and policies compliance, monitor results against objectives and take corrective measures in cases of deviation.

Job requirements:
1. University graduates major in procurement, supply chain or relative
2. 3+ years working experiences in procurement, supply chain, experience in indirect purchasing(MRO/Equipment/Office supply) in Europe or American base Chemical Company is preferred
3. Familiar with SAP operation
4. Fluent Oral English, Strong English readin and writing ability.
5. Good at communicating with internal and external function teams.
