Responsibility

- Hotline support for the worldwide ARRI-Service Network by phone and email
- On the spot operation in case of a service demand local and abroad
- Hardware & Software Fault Analysis and Servicing
- Performance and failure analysis according to quality standards
- Monitoring of the entire service process
- Recording of the activities carried out

工作职责

- 利用电话及电子邮件处理来自ARRI技术服务网络的各种技术问题
- 必要时需要到现场进行操作和处理设备技术问题
- 根据质量标准进行设备性能及故障分析
- 跟踪整个服务流程
- 做好相关执行活动记录
- 计划、组织并执行对客户及员工进行的相关培训

Qualifications

- Diploma or formal studies in Electronics or Electro Mechanics
- Experience in analogue/digital technology or video technology
- Experience in Film or TV industry preferred
- Experience in Electronics After Sales Service Preferred
- IT-Knowledge
- Affinity to movie industry
- English & Mandarin very good in writing and speaking
- Friendly appearance and good team player.
