职位描述：
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
? To guide sales associates to provide best customer service through critics and training
? To give the highest customer service at all times
? To retrieve customer data to build a data base of customer base
? To effectively deal with telephone orders and enquiries, promotional activities in the store
? To be aware of the procedure for dealing with customer complaints
? To carry out any additional duties as directed by Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager

REQUIREMENTS
? 4 years retail sales experience in high end fashion with at least 1 year at supervisory level
? Strong store operations and management experience
? Result-driven, proactive, excellent team player
? Good communication and interpersonal skills with strong leadership
? Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin 举报 分享
