岗位职责
- 为项目办理政府报建、审批、验收等手续
- 开工前后协助项目经理与大楼物业沟通,并收集和工程相关的信息
- 项目的重要文档管理,楼宇信息档案的更新
- 公司资质证书和安全生产许可证的维护工作,包括证书年检、人员培训;掌握最新建筑装饰行业管理条例、行业相关技术规范等
- 协助采购合同签订以及实施
- 协助造价师编制和签订维保协议书
- 为客户提供周到贴心的维保服务的协调工作,维护好与客户的关系
- 其他项目管理方面的相关工作,如制作会议纪要、项目报告等
录用条件
- 大专以上学历, 有装饰行业项目统筹协调经验和实务能力优先考虑;
- 具备一定材料采购和合同谈判经验;做好相关协调工作,服务好客户,
- 良好的沟通和解决问题能力
- 熟练操作MS Office;
- 大学四级以上英语
- 认真严谨、积极主动的工作态度,良好的学习和时间管理能力
- 良好的团队协作能力
Job description
- Support Project Manager(“PM”) on project management as per their request, handle project related paper work, including writing emails, translation and etc.
- Company’s construction license renewal issues as well as staff’s certificate registration/ renewal / education / examination
- Get latest knowledge on statutory regulations and requirements for project submission and application in different cities
- Maintain project filing system
- Review procurement contract and nominated contractor’s contract and place order based on the information provided by PM and Quantity Surveyor
- Apply for suppliers’ payment according to the contract as well as PM’s instruction
- Coordinate project maintenance work and make maintenance manual for project
Requirements
- College degree above
- Work experience in interior design and fit out industry
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong ability of solving problems
- Good team player
- Good command of MS-office
- Good command of English
