职位描述：

The position of CFO is responsible for providing financial thought leadership and driving all decision support and finance processes in the joint venture. The key responsibilities include:


ongoing monitoring of financial performance and analysis



managing the planning/budget & forecasting, long range plan and market optimization processes in coordination with the JV partner, GBT Regional and HQ Business Travel



monitoring and driving accountability over expenses, driving profitability and reengineering activities



coordinating with the General Manager and functional heads for developing investment recommendations, CBA preparation and tracking.



preparing segment and customer level profitability analysis, contributing to the development of incentive plans and oversight over travel pricing



compliance with all local statutory, regulatory and board financial reporting and ensure local GAAP accounts are prepared and reconciled to US GAAP



ensuring key financial processes (e.g. AR, settlement, reconciliations) are performed in an accurate, timely and controlled manner working closely with the JV Controller and GBT controllership organization



monitoring and driving the resolution of control, ERAS, compliance issues across the JV in cooperation with the JV Controller and the GBT controllership organization



providing leadership to direct report/s including recruitment, coaching and development to ensure retention of talent. Create and execute robust Annual Employee Survey Action Plans as appropriate

The role will report to the JV General Manager.



Required Qualifications:





Solid knowledge/understanding of the travel economic model, products, segmentation, and key functions



Ability to cooperate with business heads in order to translate business strategies and concepts into workable financial proposals



Overall financial acumen, understanding of travel competitive environment and industry trends



Finance degree - MBA preferred or equivalent. Understanding of Chinese accounting requirements, US GAAP accounting policies and procedures



In depth experience of planning and forecasting processes and related tools



Excellent analytical skills with proven ability to do investment analysis



Excellent English and Mandarin verbal and written communication & presentation skills to interact effectively at an executive level



Knowledge of reporting systems and travel segmentation methodologies



Strong project management skills



Strong people leader, self motivator, driven and enthusiastic. Ability to motivate and drive team results



Proven ability to provide thought leadership to business partners and creative solutions to business problems
