职位描述：
Job Responsibilities：

1、Ensure deliveries in line with standard O.T.D. benchmark while minimizing delivery cost;
保证运输费用最小的同时做到“准时运输”的标准要求；
2、Hand over reports including delivery and logistics cost reports O.O.S. and service level indicators;
提交相关的报告，运输费用、缺货情况以及客户服务情况；
3、In charge of customer service, improve and maintain an accurate and timely order process；
负责客服事宜，提高和维持一个准确、及时的订单处理流程。
4、Manage 3PL according to department's demand, keep tracing the orders till the D2D delivery finish.
根据部门要求，管理第三方物流公司，追踪所有订单直至门到门送货完成。
5、Regional logistics team guidance, management, training with leadership as well as team spirit.
通过领导力及团队精神对下属物流团队进行指导、管理和培训。
6、Keep a positive and efficient on daily job statement to superiors, ensure the correct work direction with all functions.
保持积极高效的日常工作报告， 以保证正确工作方针的上传下达。


Job Requirements：

1. College graduate or above;
大专及以上学历；
2. Minimum 3 year working experience at relevant position;
至少3年相关工作经验；
3. Good command of English, both in oral and written;
能够很好的掌握英语口头及书面用语；
4. Skillful in computer, e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ERP is a plus;
熟悉使用办公软件，Word，Excel，PPT；
5. Organized, leadership and team spirit.
有一定的组织能力团队精神和领导能力。
6. Skillful in data analyze and reports；
具有数据分析能力及报表处理能力。
7. Good stress tolerance, good adaptive capacity
