As part of our continued growth, Dialog Semiconductor seeks China Sales Leader to develop China Sales strategy based on distinct and unique requirements for each customer within the region:
? Major account penetration plan
? Revenue plan achievement
? Competitive analysis
? New products
? Design in plan
? Management - Key issues (Support needed from HQ)
The role – China Sales Leader (Shanghai)
Working in Sales team based in Shanghai, you will:
? Manage, develop and drive regional teams (appraisals, bonus plans, disciplinary issues)
? Deliver revenue to meet or exceed agreed budget targets agreed with VP sales
? Develop sales strategy to maximize key account penetration opportunity,
? maximize key design wins of quality sockets (strategic importance / revenue level / displace competitor)
? Drive distribution partners to maximize design win / revenues within region
What we are looking for
? Semiconductor knowledge preferably in mobile and consumer industry.
? Typically requires a minimum of 15 years of related experience. Minimum 10 years in sales.
? Fluent in both Chinese & English in speaking, writing and reading.
? Ingenuity, ability to find solves, both conventional and unconventional to achieve desired goals
? Energy / passion to continuously execute to territory plan
? Local experience in China semiconductor industry minimum 15 years
? Engineering degree preferably in electronics.
? Working with foreign firms and multinational companies is desirable.
? People manager with team management of 25+ people.
