负责公司流程的开发、改进和完成。
负责协调客服部门与销售，仓库及财务等部门的工作。
在公司的系统中接收和管理客户的销售订单。
管理和跟进客户货物信息,与仓库和配送人员进行协调。
负责内部和外部沟通，确保根据客户需求顺利完成工作。
上级交办的其他工作。

职位要求：
大专以上学历，行政、物流或商务专业。
3年以上客户服务或销售管理工作。
熟练运用office办公软件(Word/Office /Outlook)。
良好的沟通能力，能够使用英语在口头和书面交流。
认真的工作态度，有责任精神，有团队合作精神。
有SAP或ERP系统相关工作经验优先考虑。

Job description：
- Responsible for the supervision, training and assessment of Customer Service clerks.
- Responsible for the process development, the improvement and the complete of the SAP system
- Responsible of coordination of Customer Service department tasks and incidents with other departments (Sales, Warehouse and Finance).
- Receive and manage Sales Orders from customers in SAP System.
- Manage and follow up deliveries to customers, coordinating with warehouse and delivery staff.
- Responsible for the internal and external communication to ensure the successful completion of the work according to customer needs
- Other tasks assigned by Manager
Job requirement:
   College degree in Administration, Logistics or Business.
3+ years in in Customer Service or Sales Administration.
Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word/Office/Outlook).
Good communication skills, able to communicate in oral and written English.
Serious working attitude, responsible and with teamwork spirit.
Experience as user of SAP or similar ERP Systems. 举报 分享
