职位描述：
Overview:
Technical Purchaser shall work closely with Engineering Department to source various of engineering parts. He/she must be an engineer or has strong technical background. This position focus more on engineering supplies and some Capital Goods and may shift more towards Capital and Construction goods.

Core Responsibilities:
? Work closely with Engineering department to source engineering parts related to pumps, lighting system, heating system, fire alarm system, capital and construction goods
? Select and manage qualified suppliers
? Obtain and evaluate quotations and participate in contract negotiations
? Take part in price negotiations in agreement with the superior and structure appropriate prices
? Place, follow up and monitor of progress status of all purchasing orders
? Track & manage purchase order delivery, push supplier to solve delivery delay to assure on time delivery
? Solve any quality issues of the purchasing products together with Engineering department
? Coordinate with finance department for purchasing related matters such as applying for payment, processing incoming invoices
? Organize, maintain and keep proper filling and record of procurement document and reports
? Conduct performance evaluation on suppliers/ responsible for supplier performance in all quality aspects, eg. Product, service & support and on-time-delivery
? Plan and implement activities related to the timely and cost effective procurement
? Identify suppliers and maintains supplier relations;
? Engage in negotiation and administration of pricing agreements and supplier contracts for optimal terms
? Work towards naked’s strategies, goals and objectives
? Other tasks assigned by the superior

Technical/Professional Knowledge and Skills:
? Strong technical background and sourcing ability
? At least 2-3 years working experience as an engineer or a technical purchaser
? A good knowledge of engineering parts, capital and construction goods
? Able to work independently and efficiently
? Familiar with purchasing module system and process
? A good command of written and spoken English is preferred
? Local person preferred
