职责:
? 为了促进销售并完成销售目标, 积极主动地与顾客建立并发展良好的合作关系
? 积极管理客户包括定期安排与客户之间的会面,与客户保持良好沟通来建立健康强大的客户群
? 提高销售量,完成销售目标
? 尽可能通过电话拜访,网络或现有客户推荐寻找新的客户
? 遵循CRM指南,有效地跟进所有通过品酒会,促销活动或经理介绍所产生的新客户
? 作为团队中的一员,能高效率并高质量的完成工作
? 提供最高品质的客户服务
? 出席并邀请客户参加葡道的活动,按要求在葡道的活动中帮忙
? 确保客户数据库的准确性并及时更新
要求:
? 至少两年的销售经验
? 具有与集团活动和企业项目销售经验者优先考虑
? 具有起草签订大于20万人民币采购合同经验者优先
? 具有与政府部门, 中国中小企业企业和跨国企业销售经验者优先考虑
? 具背基础葡萄酒知识
Responsibilities:
? Build and maintain successful sales relationships with customers help to drive Pudao sales and achieving sales targets.
? Actively manage customers including regularly organizing meetings to build a healthy strong customer base.
? Maximize sales to achieve sales targets.
? Proactively seek out new customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals from existing customers.
? Effectively follow CRM guidelines and follow up with all customer leads generated from any wine tastings, promotions, and passed on from managers.
? Work productively and effectively as part of a team
? Achieve and offer the highest standards of customer service.
? Attend, invite customers and help at Pudao events as required.
? Ensure customer database is correct and up to date.
Requirements:
? A minimum of 2 years sales experience
? Experience selling corporate events and corporate gift programs
? Experience in negotiating contracts worth 200,000 RMB
? Experience selling to Chinese government departments, Chinese SME companies and Multinational companies
? Basic wine knowledge
