2. 解答用户需求及疑问，并将建议反馈相关部门
3. 国外客户的需求沟通、满足，服务质量的优化提升
4. 通过服务挖掘潜在的用户需求，协助客户进行推广
应聘需求：
1. 优秀英语口语能力及沟通表达能力
2. 较强的客户服务意识，有客服工作经验者优先
3. 待人热情，认真负责
4. 大学专科及以上学历
5. 熟练使用office办公软件
Job Discription:
1. Phone Verify the register’s information including English Level
2. Deal with incoming inquery and requiement, gather suggestion and provide to related department
3. Deliver servce as clients required, keep on improving the service quality and help client sucess
4. Dig into the user’s needs, help to promote the business
Requirements:
1. Fluent in spoken English and strong interpersonal skills
2. Customer oriented, call center or service working experience is an advance
3. Be responsible and enthusiastic
4. College graduate or above
5. Be familiar with office software
