职位描述：
? Schedule and coordinate office maintenance and repair work; Make sure office smooth operation and provide safe and comfortable environment
(Including ceiling, wall, ground, light, distribution Box, air-conditioning, air-purifier, UPS, fire extinguisher, coffee machine, plants, cleaning, first aid box, office storage management and utilities etc.)
? Raise PR in Oracle system and in charge of the subsequent payment to Finance
? Keep all Facility records updated, such as equipment list, maintenance report, rental & cost tracking etc.
? Cost control and planning
? Recognize various requirements from function Departments in China, select and recommend suitable vendor for them
? Assistant Reception work, and as backup to Facility guys who is out of work
(The new hire is requested to seat in Reception at least half worktime.)
? All ad hoc work that are delegated from Facility 举报 分享
